Expecting a package?

If you are expecting to receive a delivery from Bocsit, then you can Track your Package if you have an account with us. Use our online tracking system by entering your order number for the specific package you are trying to track.

Our tracking system will tell you the current status of your delivery and when your package is delivered you will receive an email with the delivery details including a digital signature and name of receiver and the time of delivery.

Commonly asked questions

SameDay deliveries are made on the same day dependant on the time you specify the package to be delivered. Please note that we are open 24/7 every day including weekends and holidays. If the sender needs a package delivered before 5pm on weekdays please remember to book your delivery by 1pm to give us sufficient time to deliver your package on time. Please note it is advisable to book your delivery in advance to avoid delay or lack of personnel availability. You can track the progress of your delivery at 'Track your Parcel' on our homepage. You will need your order number or customer reference number which should be provided by the sender of your goods.

Yes, we are open 24/7 every day including weekends and holidays. Call us at 617-686-0411 to schedule your weekend delivery service or fill out our quote form for a quote. Please note that all weekend , holiday and after hours Courier Services will have an extra charge.

Yes, we do provide store pick up and delivery services from any store that the customer can order from, pay for their merchandise and will allow a courier service to pick up. We would need details of the items and preferably a reference number or contact person at the store with details of the pick up. We will require the customer to pay the store directly for their goods before we can pick up. We are able to deliver to any location of your choice, including your office, home or our driver can meet you at any location you specify. Please make sure your store of choice will let our courier pick up and inform them that we will be picking up.
