Cancellation and Refunds

As drivers make commitments to go to a pickup location when receiving a request,Bocsit can charge a cancellation fee to compensate them for the time and money spent doing so. If you cancel within 5 minutes of the order being confirmed, you won’t be charged.

  • If for any reason your driver takes too long to get to you (the current ETA prediction for your driver shows the driver would arrive 10 minutes over the original ETA we provided) then the cancellation charge will be waived.
  • A cancellation fee will always apply if a trip is cancelled after it has begun.
  • If you are not at the pickup location or your driver cannot get in touch with you, the cancellation fee will apply if the driver is at your pickup location and has waited for over 5 minutes. This mean that the fee can still apply even when your driver is the one to cancel the trip.

Cancellation fee amounts vary by service,city and vehicle options.

  1. You have the right to cancel a collection up to 3 hours before the collection date and receive a full refund, if less than 3 hours we will charge for the pick up.
  2. To cancel a collection, please contact us by either email to info@bocsit.com or call us at 617­807­0411, please provide us with your Name, Email Address and Account Number
  3. If you have cancelled a collection at least 3 hours before the collection date and a refund is due to
    you then we will process the refund as soon as possible and within 5 business days.
  4. There is no administrative charges for cancellations.
  5. In the event that one of our supplied couriers failed to collect a package because:
    • Incorrect paperwork
    • Incorrect address
    • Your premises were closed
    • Insufficient packaging
    • Customer not present

then Bocsit will rebook the delivery for the next day, if the failure to collect is deemed by their or our error you may request a full refund, please contact us by either email to: info@bocsit.com or call us at 617­807­0411. If a pick up fails due to the package containing a prohibited or restricted item our service will charge for the pick up.

  1. You have the right to cancel a collection up to 24 hours before the pick up date and receive  a full refund.
  2. To cancel a delivery, please contact us by either email to info@bocsit.com or call us at  617­807­0411, please provide us with your Name, Account Number and Email Address.
  3. If you have cancelled a delivery at least 24 hours before the pickup date and a refund is due to 
    you then we will process the refund as soon as possible and within 5 business days. 
  4. There is no administrative charges for cancellations.
  5.  In the event that one of our transport suppliers failed to collect your cargo because:
    • Inaccessible loading area
    • Wrong address
    • Inappropriately packaged load or pallet 
    • incorrect paperwork 

then Bocsit will rebook the collection for the next available collection date at the customers expense,
If the shipment is multimodal,that is include land transportation as well as air or sea freight , a  refund  will only be available for the part of the shipment that has not been undertaken.

  1.  You have the right to cancel a reservation up to 48 hours before the container is due to be  delivered to your loading point and receive a full refund.
  2. To cancel a delivry, please contact us by either email to info@bocsit.com or call us at  617­807­0411, please provide us with your Name, Number, Email Address and Account  Number.
  3. If you have cancelled a reservation at least 48 hours before the loading date and a refund  is due to you then we will process the refund as soon as possible and within 5 Business days.
  4. There is no administrative charges for cancellations.
  5. In the event that one of our hauliers failed to deliver the container because:
    • Inaccessible loading area 
    • Wrong address
    • Inappropriately packaged load or pallet 
    • Incorrect paperwork

then Bocsit will rebook the reservation for the next available loading date at the customers  expense, If the shipment is multimodal, that is, include land transportation as well as sea  freight, a refund will only be available for the part of the journey that has not been undertaken.   This is because the delivery of the container to the loading point has been done and a wasted  journey will be owed to the Hauliers.

The delivery time selected by you is an indication of the time, our couriers and hauliers will try their best to deliver or collect your parcel / container, however, delays are sometimes unavoidable. therefore there is not guarantee of the time the parcel, consignment or container will actually be collected or delivered.
